Backed by previous experience in mergers and acquisitions and fundraising, Benoît brings his expertise in modelling and financial engineering. Accompanies managers and shareholders in complex situations (restructuring, litigation, acquisitions, etc.) with high strategic stakes.
Lorenzo Carufo

A chartered accountant with a degree in France and a Commercialista diploma in Italy, he assists and advises international clients and in particular Italian entrepreneurs wishing to develop their business in France.

Lorenzo started his career in Italy as a chartered accountant (commercialista) and he also worked in the financial department of listed companies. In France, he managed international teams in renowned Parisian firms. During his assignments, he managed the finance department of subsidiaries of foreign groups.

For more than 5 years, she has supported the managers and shareholders of SMEs/ETI on their fund raising operations in France and Europe. She has carried out operations in various sectors including agri-food, fashion and software publishing. She is now managing the firm’s M&A department through the Connecting Business entity.

<p>Holder of a double Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law and Russian Law at PARIS X – Nanterre University, Aline worked for three years in Notarial studies, attached to the <strong>departments sales and real estate acquisitions</strong>, then, for five years, within the firm In Verbatim Dauphiné-Savoie, for the development and responsibility of the legal department. </p><p>She then joined a law firm <strong>specialised in business law</strong>in Annecy for three years, before returning to the legal department of an Accounting firm in Paris.</p><p>Since September 2017, Aline leads the firm’s <strong>legal department</strong>.
